Gathering Our Work: A Living Anthology
At St Katherine Review, we’ve always seen our work as part of a larger conversation: between writers and readers, between traditions and the present moment, between the inner life and the outer world. Over the years, that conversation has grown into a rich tapestry of essays, poems, stories, and reflections.
Now, we’re gathering that tapestry together. We are putting together an anthology of our work to date, a kind of milestone collection that honors where we’ve been while opening the door to where we might go next. It’s both a retrospective and a living archive—one shaped not only by what we’ve published, but also by how readers like you have received it.
While the final decisions on which incredible pieces will be selected to appear will rest with the Editorial team, we don’t want this anthology to be an editorial choice made behind closed doors. We want it to be shaped by love, attention, and response. That’s why we’re inviting you to take part.
Vote With Your Hearts
On our website, you can read through the works that have defined St Katherine Review. As you do, we’re asking you to “vote with your hearts.” Linger with what moves you, show your appreciation by liking the pieces that resonate most deeply. Every click, every sign of affection, will help us understand which works belong at the center of this anthology.
This isn’t about tallying numbers for the sake of it. It’s about recognizing that what makes literature live is the bond between writer and reader—the spark that passes between. By adding your voice, you’ll help us make an anthology that is not just about us, but about us together.
Looking Ahead
As we gather these works, we look forward to new voices, new forms, and new conversations. This anthology will be both a celebration of the past and a launching point for what’s to come.
So, please: wander our site, revisit old favorites, discover something new, and let us know which pieces stay with you. Your heart will help guide the next chapter of St Katherine Review. As always, we're grateful for your support!
best,
Angela Doll Editor-in-Chief
